The 30th Annual Meeting of the SEVFBA, Inc. will be held on
Monday, March 24th, 2008
At The Travelers Rest, Route 100, Millwood, NY.
Social time will begin at 6:00PM. The election is over at 6:30PM. The meeting will start promptly at 7:00PM, with dinner at 7:30PM.
REMEMBER
Dues are payable PRIOR TO, OR THE DAY OF, the Association’s annual meeting in order for a member to be eligible to vote.
If you intend to bring your BALLOT personally to the meeting, come early enough to ensure your DUES are paid and you can cast your BALLOT BEFORE 6:30PM or your BALLOT will not be counted.
Annual Dues are $2.00 for EVERONE. Please mail your dues before the annual meeting date. If you received your card already or your card is enclosed your 2008 dues are paid.
You are voting for a Trustee and an a by-laws change
YOUR BALLOTS ARE ENCLOSED. If you intend to mail your ballot, place your ballot in the enclosed small envelope. Place the small envelope containing your ballots in the enclosed LINCOLNDALE self-addressed envelope and mail early enough to allow for mail delivery.
Every member is required to notify the secretary of any change of address or beneficiaries. Lists will be available at meeting for you to check.
We hope to see everyone at the meeting, especially you out of town members. This is a social night of friendship. It’s your association. Please come and enjoy!
